    Any queries/concerns related to deliveries/refunds/returns/exchanges should be addressed to the support team (care@somawelixir.com) within 24 hrs. of the product received by the customer.

    You can Email Us at care@somawelixir.com with reference to any queries on returns. The details of the order (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Return) should be shared with our customer support team by email.


    Incomplete Order

    Missing items from the order will be shipped to the customer, only when the customer informs the support team within 48 hours of delivery without any additional shipping fees. If the customer contacts the support team after a period of 48 hours from the date of delivery, the shipping fees for sending the missing items will be borne by the customer. 


    Incorrect Order

    The customer can return the order by scheduling a reverse pick up with us or shipping the product back to us after informing the customer support team within 7 days of the delivery. We will take care of the reverse pick-up charges if the customer informs about the incorrect order being delivered within 7 days of delivery. If the customer contacts the support team with the complaint of an incorrect order post 7 days of delivery, the customer will have to bear the reverse pick-up charges/shipping charges for sending the wrong product back to us.

    The correct order will be shipped without any additional fees, only when we have received the incorrect order returned by the customer. 


    Damaged Products

    We don’t offer refunds for damaged products but we provide a free replacement for the product ordered if the customer receives the ordered product in a damaged condition. 

    If the customer receives the product in a totally damaged condition, we will send a free replacement for the product ordered. To avail of the free replacement, the customer has to intimate the support team at care@somawelixir.com along with pictures of the damaged product to support their request for a replacement within 24 hours of delivery.

    If the customer receives a partially damaged product, the part of the product which is in usable condition should be shipped back to us. The reverse shipping will be arranged by us. We will send a  free replacement for the product ordered. Any request for damages and replacements made after 24 hours of delivery of the product will not be accepted or entertained. 



    EXCHANGE POLICY

    Products once purchased cannot be exchanged. We can only replace a product if the customer has received a wrong/damaged/incomplete product depending on the terms and conditions as described in the return/refund policy.
